Anime Frontier Powered By Crunchyroll, North Texas’ premier Japanese pop culture festival, is gearing up for its third annual event at the Fort Worth Convention Center, Texas, running from December 8 to December 10, 2023. Organized by the creators of award-winning Anime NYC, the nation’s second-largest anime convention, this dynamic festival is poised to transform Fort Worth into a thriving hub of anime, manga, and Japanese entertainment once more. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience both the excitement of new additions and the return of beloved elements. With remarkable growth in attendance, from hosting 13,000 fervent fans during its inaugural year in 2021 to now preparing to wow and delight an anticipated 20,000 attendees in 2023! 

Returning for a spectacular new year, Anime Frontier promises an elevated convention experience through captivating new features. From the enchanting world of hololive to renowned special guests and exhilarating tabletop gaming, this event caters to a diverse array of anime and pop culture enthusiasts alike. Building upon past success, guests can rediscover the expansive expo floor featuring 120+ anime companies and publishers, explore the vibrant Artist Alley, which is 50% bigger than 2022, showcasing unique creations from fan artists, witness the return of Bandai Collectibles’ renowned Gundam Base with rare model kits and figures, and the striking itasha car showcase by Senpai Squad. Additionally, Anime Frontier’s signature video gaming, Pachinko, and Hebi Studios return to provide continuous entertainment for all gamers.   • hololive: Anime Frontier is thrilled to partner with worldwide VTuber agency COVER Corporation Inc., who will bring VTube sensations Mori Calliope and Takanashi Kiara of hololive English -Myth- to Dallas-Fort Worth. Featuring an exclusive panel and fan meet & greets with Hoshimachi Suisei or Mori Calliope, allowing them to engage with their favorite virtual idols and explore the captivating world of VTubers. Founded in 2017, hololive production is home to a captivating group of virtual YouTubers (VTubers) known for their live-streaming performances, capturing audiences worldwide. With virtual idols boasting distinct personalities, backstories, and remarkable performances, hololive’s innovative approach has garnered a massive global following, with over 50 million fans.
  • Wild West Idol Fest: Fans should get ready to shine and celebrate at the inaugural WILD WEST ✩ IDOL FEST! Chiwa Saito, known for her versatile voice acting in over 100 anime productions and games, will appear on Saturday, participating in a panel and hosting an autograph session. Acky Bright, the highly acclaimed manga artist and illustrator renowned for his captivating “kawakakkoii” style drawings, will be present throughout the event on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
