There is so much to say and so little article!
First for those people reading that already played Destiny 1, this game is way WAY more satisfying, especially for the non-PVE people.
- Patrols give you tokens for each planet respectively – which in turn can be redeemed with the “vendor” from that planet which give you engrams!
- Clans actually matter and you get rewards for that for each rank… however I will say that if you have a clan that is tiny its going to take you much much longer to get the ranks going vs a larger clan, since there is a cap as to how much a player can contribute per week.
- Public Events – where do I start? One now you don’t need a separate app/site to tell you when they are going to happen and where… that is a PLUS. Also you can convert any Public Event into a Heroic version to get better rewards from it (some are easier than others but it can be done)
- That bum Crypto is back
For the newbies of Destiny in general
- Find yourself a crew – everything is easier for with a Fireteam
- Storyline wise – you don’t really miss much but you could just do a catch up on YouTube and catch up
- Unlike the first Destiny, you can not hoard your emblems, not anymore Destiny now AUTO decrypts things at the start of every week (every Tuesday)
