505 Games and Spearhead Games today released the four-player co-op puzzler Tiny Brains on PS3, which was released for PS4 in November and expanded to PC on December 3. 505 Games is also offering cross-promotional accessibility across thePlayStation Network: starting January 7, anyone that buys (or already owns) Tiny Brains on the PS4 will be able to play the PS3 version via a free update, and those who buy it on the PS3 will be able to play it on their PS4 when they make the leap to the next-gen console.
In Tiny Brains, players work together as one as one of four tiny (but super-powered!) lab animals. Thrown into a gauntlet of physics puzzles, the four “Tiny Brains” must combine their unique abilities to make it through a mad scientist’s trick-ridden maze. Featuring a story mode, dozens of time-based and endless challenges, and a few surprises like the competitive “Tiny Soccer” mode, Tiny Brains is the most superhero fun you can have on a miniature scale.
