To commemorate the anniversary, Araki joined hands with CONVERSE to produce this collaboration Chuck Taylor All Star. Its leather tongue tag is marked the text “Phantom Blood” embossed on it, a reference to the name of its first chapter. The star inside the ankle patch was colored in purple to mimic the star-shaped birthmark found on Jonathan Joestar, the main character of the comic. Pre-order of these shoes will start on Monday, May 20, 2013 at select CONVERSE retailers in Japan.
