After signing off the air following its eighth season back in 2010, Fox has brought back 24 and Jack Bauer for another memorable day surely filled with treachery, deceit and plenty of explosions. The new 12-episode arc starring Kiefer Sutherland will be titled 24: Live Another Day and executive produced by Howard Gordon who set the world ablaze when he broughtHomeland to Showtime. Sutherland expressed his enthusiasm for the reboot in a statement from Fox. “The response to 24 is unlike anything I have ever experienced as an actor before. To have the chance to reunite with the character, Jack Bauer, is like finding a lost friend. The story ideas from Howard Gordon are exciting and fresh, and will not disappoint … Make no mistake, my goal is to knock your socks off. See you soon.” Expect to see new episodes of 24in 2014.
