Dudebox x NYCC 2012 Giveaway

During this year’s New York Comic Con, UK based vinyl toy brand Dudebox will be going back to their roots and revisiting the world of Star Wars. On their booth (#2915) they will have on display an ultra rare R2D2 model. Back in 1977, Dudebox founder Robert Beecham was given a license to produce Star Wars toiletries, he made some of the very earliest merchandise for the film franchise. To celebrate that occassion, he created 10 metalised vinyl, hand painted figures from the original machine moulds that produced an R2D2 bubble bath bottle. These were given as private gifts to those close to the new business.

Now, with Dudebox taking its place among the contemporary pop art collectables market with their range of vinyl toys, one of these rare pieces of memorablia is being displayed at New York Comic Con and will be given away to one lucky winner of the free to enter contest.

Just head to the Dudebox booth (#2915) and enter your email address into the contest iPad. You will automatically be entered into the Comic Con prize draw. One lucky winner will be selected at random.
