We’ve known since last month that Silent Hill: Downpour was going to be delayed but Konami has released information on when exactly Downpour will be released as well as the HD Collection and Book of Memories. The Silent Hill HD Collection will be released first on January 24, 2012 for the PlayStation 3 and XBOX 360. Next will be the PlayStation Vita exclusive game Silent Hill: Book of Memories in February, just in time for the system’s launch. Finally Silent Hill: Downpour has been relegated to a March release with no specific date given yet. Being the Silent Hill freak that I am I was a little disappointed to hear of the games delay but I’m relived about it as well since I now have more time to save up for a Vita and all three games.
