Okay I am impressed by this project; so Nils Guadagnin you will be awarded the geek of the year trophy for an outstanding project actually making a real hoverboard. I could give you the whole low down on how it works with electromagnets and a laser that stabilizes the board, but you better off checking it out for yourselves. Check out the video to see for yourself, but don’t get your hopes up too fast since you cannot ride it; at least not yet.
