NanoBlock, at first I thought they were bootleg LEGO.  Then I did more research, they are smaller than LEGO blocks, there about 5x smaller, maybe even more.  There seems to be more popularity over in Japan where they are from but still getting some love here in the States.  After a couple of Google searches ...
