So I finally got a chance to play Loot Rascals on the Playstation 4, check out what we thought about it below:
LIKEs:
- Interesting variation on rogue-likes (but be sure you’re ready to die ALOT)
- Art style + Narration
- Multiple gameplays (instead of the just the Standard game)
DISLIKEs:
- I didn’t like that steps counted in the safe zone (near the base) – I used one step multiple times while I was in the safe zone so many times and honestly I don’t think that should’ve counted
- Super steep learning curve
- Practice decks don’t really make much sense
