AbleGamers Charity was thrilled to announce the largest fundraising total to date. Generous Pachinko for Charity players, donors and corporate matching funds combined for an amazing $33,635.07. More than doubling last year’s total, AbleGamers raised funds to keep its all-inclusive grant program and accessibility outreach initiatives going strong.

The strong showing from industry partners such as Paradox Interactive and Alex Rigopulos, CEO of Harmonix, generously offered matching funds for the first $12,500, which contributed greatly to the final monetary total. In addition, corporate sponsors like EA, Deep Silver, Uber Ent, Behemoth, and over two dozen others, gave prizes totaling $42,000.

“PAX East never ceases to amaze us with its generosity and community spirit,” said Mark Barlet, Founder and Executive Director of the AbleGamers Charity. “Every year we start out thinking there’s no way we could top what we achieved the year before, and every year we do better than we could’ve imagined. We really owe such a debt of gratitude to our corporate sponsors for their life-changing donations, and even more so to the extremely giving crowd at PAX East. We’re nothing without you.”
