Personally I love my Playstation 3, both of them, my phat one and my second gen. I love the phat one specifically because I can play the Playstation 2 games on there. But now Sony is releasing a newer Playstation 3, and as tempting as it is to get it, I’m resisting as much as I love the white version. The PS3 has had a makeover – reduced in size yet again, the contours are slicker, the shape more seductive. But what the console now lacks in size, it makes up for in entertainment offerings across film, catch up TV services, music and of course, video gaming that everyone can enjoy. The new PS3 will be 50% of the original PS3’s size, but double the hard-drive! There will be two models: the 500GB is available NOW, and the family friendly 12GB version will be available on October 12th.
