Just for your information my exclamation in the title of this article is not meant to be a positive reaction to this news but rather one of WTF? While Michael Bay had promised that the insanely stereotypical (and to many offensive) “hip-hop” twins wouldn’t be in the third Transformers movie, it seems he just went in the other direction and replaced those robots with one robot that is equally if not more ridiculous. Leaked toy images show one of the NASCAR robots sporting a lovely metallic mullet. I can only imagine how this robot is going to talk in the movie. Look I’ve heard the jokes about people that go to NASCAR races, and I get it. However not everyone that goes to car races are your stereotypical “hick” in turn this robot doesn’t have to be that either. Now I could be wrong and the actual footage will show a character that isn’t as outlandish as I’m assuming but right now Mr. Bay doesn’t have a good track record in this department.
