While I know the zombie genre is getting over saturated there are a few gems out there that are great and this trailer for Dead Island is one of them. While this trailer has no real gameplay in it what it does show is a striking glimpse into one of the possible characters experience during this zombie outbreak on an island. Forgoing the typical loud rocking soundtrack with flashy quick edits found in zombie games Dead Island goes the opposite route and presents a quieter yet more haunting look into a family vacation gone awry.
