Mini Review: Dante’s Inferno PSP

DF1.jpg

Have you ever wished you could take one of your console games on the road with you? Here is your chance with the release of Dante’s inferno on the Playstation Portable. It is the exact same game but now travel sized with the same option of punishing or heal the damned in the 9 levels of hell. All right welcome to the first stage and keep reading more in this review.

Dante’s Inferno has been out for a while now on the consoles as some of you might know already, however it is interesting when they port something of that nature towards a handheld. The idea of taking Dante’s Inferno on the road with you might raise an eyebrow a bit, but please indulge a bit of my video on the first few minutes of gameplay.

In terms of being the exact same games as the console version, it keeps the same excitement intact. The controls are very fluid; minus not having a second analog stick handy. The combo system is very linear and compliments being on the PSP even with slightly dumb down graphics. I have to give this game credit for being a small version of the console when othe handheld titles fail to do the exact same thing when being a clone. If you already read my previous review on the console version I will have to give it the same rating and that is a BUY. It works really well just as “GOW Chains of Olympus” did, but it would of been nice if they gave something different added to the handheld. It would of been better if they tried to make it an altered version for the handheld.
